This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless integration of our marketing strategies with Salesforce capabilities, driving successful lead generation and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to analyze lead quality and optimize conversion processes.
- Manage and streamline the Service Agreement workflow within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools to track lead performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Implement best practices for data entry, tracking, and follow-up processes in Salesforce.
- Train and support team members in using Salesforce effectively to maximize lead management and conversion outcomes.
- Assist in identifying new opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements within Salesforce.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with Salesforce, preferably in a marketing or sales support role.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
- Knowledge of lead generation and conversion strategies is a plus.
