The job description for the Senior Consumer Relationship Banker position at Regions Bank’s Arlington Branch in Memphis, TN, includes the following responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Meet with customers and prospects both in person and over the phone to assess their financial needs.

Financial Solutions: Proactively offer appropriate products, services, and guidance to help customers achieve their financial goals.

Relationship Management: Focus on acquiring and deepening relationships with Preferred Banking Households, providing complex and affluent solutions, wealth opportunities, investments, lending, debt consolidation, and comprehensive savings discussions.

Sales Targets: Achieve individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering advanced guidance on Regions’ solutions, particularly for Preferred Banking Households.

Outbound Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to expand existing relationships and acquire new ones, using generated customer and prospect lead lists.

Team Collaboration: Partner with the Branch Team to serve as the primary relationship managers for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households.

Product Education: Educate and advise customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including all loan and deposit types, annuities, and life insurance.

Digital Solutions: Inform customers about emerging technology and digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings to enhance their banking experience.

Customer Experience: Provide a consistent optimal customer experience, which may include sharing responsibility for daily branch operations like greeting customers and processing transactions.

Issue Resolution: Own and resolve customer issues promptly.

Internal Referrals: Refer customers to an internal team of experts when additional financial goals and needs are identified.

Team Development: Support team development by serving as a subject matter expert for junior-level bankers.

Compliance: Follow all bank processes and procedures, adhering to applicable laws and regulations, including completing duties delegated by the Branch Manager. Ensure sound banking practices by managing, identifying, and reporting operational risks.
This position is full-time, permanent, and eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act. It is also incentive-eligible and requires registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS).
