These tools will play a critical role in the next generation of talent identification and professional development.Your Role & ImpactAs a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead the development and expansion of new assessment solutions aimed at enhancing student evaluation and professional development. You’ll drive adoption, refine user experiences, and scale these solutions across multiple verticals and global markets.Beyond these new assessment tools, you’ll play a key role in launching other innovative digital assessment experiences, supporting decision-making and streamlining evaluation processes across institutions.You’ll report to the Director of Product – Assessments and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, Research, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.Here’s what you’ll do as Senior Product Manager on the Assessment team:Drive Product Strategy for Scalable Growth

  • Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for next-generation assessment products.
  • Align product development with business objectives by closely collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Leverage data, market research, and customer insights to make informed strategic decisions.
  • Navigate scaling challenges and product pivots, ensuring adaptability in roadmap execution.
  • Champion structured, scalable, and user-centred product methodologies and frameworks.

Accelerate Product Development & Delivery

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and iteration.
  • Partner with Design, Engineering, and Research to refine and optimize product features.
  • Improve development workflows to speed up time-to-market without compromising quality.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new products into our state-of-the-art platform.
  • Maintain a holistic view of software systems, addressing root causes and dependencies.
  • Balance simplicity with technical depth, preventing unnecessary complexity in execution.

Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive execution and alignment.
  • Clearly articulate product vision, roadmap, and key decisions to leadership and teams.
  • Engage in constructive debate, advocating for best practices in software and product development.
  • Work closely with Research and Engineering to ensure ethical and fair product innovation.
