  • Analyze the marketplace first-hand through competitor and industry data

  • Collaborate with Finance, Actuarial, Field Sales, Research and Development, Risk Management, Claim, and other business partners
  • Participate in the introduction of new products and enhancements
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • We are most interested in students who are serious about entering the insurance industry and who are passionate about learning and self-development
  • Students completing their undergraduate degree or college diploma who are in their second to last or final year. Suggested majors: Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management and Insurance, Engineering, Other Business-Related Majors
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Office and Access
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deal with concepts and complexity comfortably, and exhibit the ability to drill down on information and draw conclusions.
  • Involvement in extracurricular activities
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
