This role will be central to ensuring smooth end-to-end campaign operations-from offer validation and data integrity to sales support and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytics-savvy, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Execution and Operations– Manage the setup, launch, and delivery of in-market GTM campaigns in collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, and CRM teams.– Validate and structure campaign data inputs (e.g., customer segments, pricing rules, eligibility criteria) to ensure clean and accurate execution.– Monitor campaign progress post-launch, identifying bottlenecks, variances, and opportunities for mid-flight optimization.– Maintain campaign documentation and schedules, ensuring transparency and cross-team alignment.2. Sales Support & Offer Enablement– Act as the first point of contact for Sales teams on campaign-related inquiries.– Support offer briefings, eligibility checks, and contract preparation processes in collaboration with legal and commercial teams.– Troubleshoot and resolve data or process issues that may block sales from activating offers in a timely manner.3.
