Key Responsibilities:

- Support clients in understanding the full scope of our services and upsell additional offerings when appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing tools and software.
- A proactive attitude, with a genuine enthusiasm for helping clients succeed.
