Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Vancouver, BC
Salary: $20 – $25 per hour, depending on experience
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Vancouver. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering and directing phone calls
– Managing emails and correspondence
– Scheduling appointments and meetings
– Preparing documents and reports
– Assisting with data entry and file organization
– Providing general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills
