At Four Seasons, we are powered by people and our culture enables everything we do.Food & Beverage, Marketing Manager (14 Month Contract)Working in the dynamic environment of Four Seasons global headquarters, the F&B Marketing Manager, will be an integral member of the world-class team that drives brand and portfolio marketing for one of the world’s leading luxury brands.Based out of Four Seasons global headquarters in Toronto, Canada, the successful candidate will lead the execution of marketing initiatives to support F&B, working with the brand and portfolio marketing team and partnering closely with the extended commercial team and F&B business leads.This role will report to the Acting Director, F&B and Ancillary Marketing.What You’ll Be Doing:F&B Marketing Management
- Support the development and execution of brand F&B campaigns.
- Manage marketing performance tracking and reporting for key initiatives.
Content Strategy and Development
- Manage the F&B content ecosystem and F&B content library, defining content needs by channel and collaborating with functional F&B commercial and operations leads and SMEs to ensure content needs are addressed.
- Oversee content requirements for all F&B-owned digital pages working with F&B digital product owner to prioritize content needs.
- Provide input on the development of F&B content guidelines and oversee field rollout.
Guidance and Governance
- Manage the update of all existing F&B field marketing tools.
- Develop F&B brand guidelines, playbooks and toolkits as required by business priorities.
- Manage marketing content on F&B SharePoint site.
Tracking and Reporting
- Coordinate reporting and synthesis of campaign results with agency and cross-functional partners.
- Develop reports as required.
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of progressive experience in a marketing and content management role. Direct F&B experience required. Global experience an asset.
- Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, or business.
- Ability to create strong presentations, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strategic F&B marketing experience, able to translate business and strategic objectives into effective marketing programs. Understanding of key success metrics and track record of leveraging various marketing disciplines to drive holistic results.
- Direct experience managing the creative process, from inception, through to execution. Previous experience managing creative content for a luxury/lifestyle brand an asset.
- Strong understanding of F&B-specific marketing tactics.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing and communications disciplines.
- Ability to read and analyze program performance data and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to generative innovative creative concepts.
- Ability to write engaging copy and stories, in line with brand standards.
- Experience in an F&B client service role or marketing communications function.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Working knowledge of creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Power BI.
