  • Onboarding: Helping with the preparation and organization of onboarding materials for new hires, and sometimes assisting in the orientation process.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handling general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining employee records.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a post-grad or undergraduate Human Resources – related course
  • Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role or previous internship is a plus
  • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and resume databases, experience with MS Office, good understanding of full-cycle recruiting,
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer proficiency
