The job description for the Account Assistant [internship] position at Mediabrands in Milan, QC, and Cannes, NS, is as follows:
Position Summary:
The successful candidate will join the Account Service Team within the agency in Milan as part of an extracurricular internship. The Account Assistant will be responsible for managing creative and account teams to develop integrated campaigns (ATL, social, digital, POS), brand initiatives, and events, reporting directly to an Account Director. The role involves direct contact with clients and production partners, and may also include interactions with international coordinations, media, and BTL agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Brief and Presentation: Collaborate with clients to discuss and elaborate on briefs, providing the agency team with necessary information about the market, consumers, and competitors.
- Campaign Production and Delivery: Oversee and support the creative development process, including internal reviews and client presentations. Supervise and coordinate the production process, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in managing ATL campaigns.
- 2-3 years of experience in a communication agency is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team and lead processes.
- Reliability and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities.
- A degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
