We seek a results-oriented professional who will provide technical support, and business solutions to achieve the assigned goals within the Eastern Ontario region.**This is a remote work opportunity; preference will be given to candidates residing between Guelph and Markham Ontario area. **Key Accountabilities

  • Monitor and measure the monthly performance of the objectives versus budget and implement actions to reach them.
  • Improve the distribution performance by providing direction on forecasting and solutions for supply chain challenges.
  • Collaborate with market development on activities including development of sales initiatives, sales offers and presentations to independent dealers and manufacturer channel partners.
  • Calculate return and investment and pursue business development opportunities for independent dealer customers.
  • Build profitability of the BioScience productline, through the creation and execution of business plans, prospecting, implementation of campaigns to help dealers succeed.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications

  • Diploma/Certificate or bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience
  • Bilingual in English and French to support AgResource customers in both Eastern Ontario 50% and Quebec Region 50%
  • Possess a valid, full Canadian Driver’s Licence in good standing, authorizing you to drive independently during the course of your employment
  • Able to travel 30-50% for business in Eastern Ontario and Quebec
  • Ability to work outside of business hours seasonally

Required Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, and graduating between December 2025 and August 2027.
