codepxl inc., formerly Evolution in DesignZ, is a Toronto based design & development agency specializing in custom programmed solutions, open source web based systems and mobile app development. The team at codepxl consists of software designers, software programmers and project managers from around the world, bringing over 80 years of experience in our industry. We work with local entrepreneurs, small businesses around the world, recognized real estate brokerages in Toronto, non-profit organizations, restaurants and multi national corporations.
Who we’re looking for:
A strong communicator who is able to clearly understand clients requirements for development and communicate these requirements to the design and development team. Highly organized and structured in their approach, the digital account manager will work closely with the project manager to communicate client requests, while keeping all clients up to date with the progress of their project.
Key Responsibilities:
– Planning projects with clients and internal project management, design and development teams,
– Co-ordinating with project manager to ensure client requirements are understood and on schedule,
– Communicate with clients and keep them up to date regarding the status of their projects,
– Respond to new quote requests, RFPs to gather requirements for quotation,
– Present alpha and beta versions of projects to clients, gather feedback and communicate client requests to design and development team.
Qualifications:
– Familiarity with open source CMS systems such as WordPress, Open Cart, Magento,
– Basic understanding of mobile apps (trainable) and complex system development (trainable),
– Ability to write proposals and issue quotes, lead client presentations and negotiations.
Other Qualifications:
– Must possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills,
– Self-evident adaptability, a QUICK learner, tolerance for stress and ability to work to tight deadlines under minimal supervision,
– Proven ability to proactively identify, analyze, recommend and/or implement solutions for problems– Must exhibit a willingness to learn constantly and absorb new technical information.
