Your leadership will be crucial in shaping and executing marketing strategies that resonate with our audience and drive our mission forward.Responsibilities
- Managing our digital marketing deliverables. Working with the marketing team, you’ll plan, implement, and measure marketing efforts to meet clear KPIs.
- Oversight of our funnel, with a keen focus on optimizing our conversion to reduce our cost of client acquisition. You will improve our funnels and continually refine our brand touchpoints to maximize our organic, referral, and paid reach.
- Managing our print and direct mail marketing deliverables. In our world, referrals from doctors and healthcare providers are a major priority, which means developing compelling print tools and resources to streamline referral pathways.
- Managing our brand partnerships with organizations, influencers, and UGC makers to extend our reach, educate their audiences on therapy, and position Shift Collab as the brand of choice for discerning Canadians.
- Managing our social and content marketing. You will oversee the creation, editing, and optimization of high-quality content across various channels, including therapist content, blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, whitepapers, and more. You will exercise an editorial eye to create and manage our social and content calendar.
- Day-to-day ownership of relationships with external vendors for ad management, web development, public relations, and more, and ensuring that each group is working in lockstep.
- Working with our clinical team, ensuring our therapist marketing collateral (photos, videos, and written assets) is top-notch, on-brand, and will resonate with our target audience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Have at least 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles in B2C high-growth companies, including a solid tenure as Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager in your previous role. In other words, this is not a role for a new Marketing Manager.
- Thrive as part of a fast-paced, growth-oriented team that’s motivated by a shared mission and desire to do the best work of their careers.
- Equally enjoy rolling up your sleeves to do the work yourself, as well as managing others on how to do it.
- Excel working cross-functionally with different teams, including our clinical and customer service teams, to ensure we are translating new services and policies across our marketing assets.
- Are comfortable with a sophisticated marketing tech stack, including tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, Ahrefs, Zapier, Canva, Riverside, HotJar, and more.
- Are naturally inclined to develop and capture processes, seek efficiencies, and use data to make informed decisions.
- Experience in working with external agencies and contractors that contribute to a well-organized marketing team, all while managing multiple deliverables.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in progressive marketing roles.
- Experience managing small teams made up of employees and contractors.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver on projects with overlapping timelines and at a high level of excellence.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- While this role is remote, you must be located within two hours of Toronto for meetings and events.
