Join our team as an Assistant Project Manager in a progressive and inclusive British Columbia community. You will support Project Managers by updating schedules, preparing progress reports, and assisting with tender and contract documents.
Position: Community Manager
Location: Hamilton, ON

Our client, a well-established property management company, is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Community Manager to oversee a residential development in Hamilton, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and ensuring the property is well-maintained and profitable.
Responsibilities:
– Manage all aspects of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and budgeting
– Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and stakeholders
– Implement community events and outreach programs to enhance resident satisfaction
– Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures
– Monitor and analyze financial performance and make recommendations for improvement
– Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve company goals and objectives
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or related field
– Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
– Knowledge of local rental regulations and market trends
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or relevant field preferred
