The role:
We are looking for a Growth Strategist who has experience in client management, ensuring all our client’s needs are met in line with the agreed strategy, KPIs and goals. In addition to leading a delivery team (consisting of a Growth Consultant and Growth Executive) across inbound marketing, conversational marketing and account-based marketing to name just a few.
The role of a Growth Strategist is responsible for planning and organising activity to be delivered by your pod. You will split your time between leading your team in delivering the strategy and communicating this to the client alongside supporting your team in client delivery. It will be your responsibility to run the sprint process and ensure clear client communication post 90-days, you’ll have ownership over that process for the clients that reside within your delivery pod.

Ideally, you will have:
