The role of a Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist in planning, communicating and executing marketing plans to grow our core architectural focused brands. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for 3 key areas: Sample Process, Digitally Enabling the Sales Team, and Increase Brand Awareness via Social Media.

As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be:

  • In charge of sending out product samples, inventory updates, packaging, and qualifying leads
  • Assisting in digitally enabling the sales team through:
  • the use of designing marketing materials (i.e flyers, brochures, postcards, advertisements, and trade show, promo, and more), through promoting CEU’s/presentations
  • providing support for pre-and-post presentation set-up
  • Helping to increase brand awareness for our Spectrum and Quickship brands through social media

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you must have:

  • Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing, Design
  • 3+ Years Experience in digital marketing or related position with a track record of delivering results through email marketing, SEO, CRO, and online advertising
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop in order to design marketing materials
  • Able to book meetings on Zoom/Teams
  • Social Media: Able to create creative posts on LinkedIn
  • Flexibility to switch between projects or pivot quickly
  • Time management skills to work on multiple projects at once with various

deadlines * Attention to detail to ensure all team specifications are met and free of any errors

  • Creative mindset to be able to bring a design to life with simple instructions
  • Strong team player with thrives in a collaborative work environment and is motivated by team success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Email Service Provider such as Hubspot

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for running campaigns on multiple digital platforms in alignment with Sowingo’s strategy and product areas identified as a marketing priority. In this role, you will often be required to work in association with technology, customer success, analytics, and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage the company’s email marketing initiatives through HubSpot or similar CRM marketing suites.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies, in alignment with the company’s revenue strategy, target customer segment and the marketing budget
  • Assist in conceptualizing marketing campaigns including deciding on specific target segments, optimizing content and spends across various channels
  • Collaborate with product design, engineering, sales, advertising, and data teams to collate resources, create marketing content, and deploy marketing campaigns across different channels including social media, mobile applications, and email
  • Monitor effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives through marketing analytics and optimize channel marketing budgets, present marketing outcomes to the management.
  • Managing in-site eCommerce marketing and advertising through 3rd party ad deployment software like AdButler and in-app push notification services like OneSignal

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of progressive channel agnostic digital marketing experience (preferably SaaS segment)
  • 2-3 years’ experience with all or most of the following: HubSpot marketing suite, Google Ads Network, 3rd party ad deployment software like AdButler, social media ad management platforms (for e.g.: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.), content development software like google web design, Canva
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • Proven experience in conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels like email, social media and in-app messaging
  • Excellent writing and editing skills which will help you create effective brand-infused marketing content to reinforce the Sowingo / campaign value proposition
  • Experience in quantifying and analyzing campaign results and making recommendations on ways to improve or increase the success of marketing efforts
  • Good understanding of SEO and SEM
  • Experience with video content creation services like Canva

JOB OVERVIEW

Our applications and technology is cutting edge and we are looking for a marketing candidate with the same characteristics. Currently, we are reaching our client base through a range of email, in person and print marketing platforms. Our ideal candidate would take our in place marketing process and expand to broaden our reach. Candidates should be proficient using the Abode platform, very good copy writing skills and an eagerness to learn our technologies. Photography and video editing skills would be a definite plus are not essential for this positions. We are looking for applicants that is motivated, can work with a deadlines and can work independently with minimal oversight.

Part-time hours: 40 per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
