  • Build and maintain dashboards for cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product
  • Execute ad-hoc analyses and behavioral deep dives to support critical business decisions
  • Lead the end-to-end data pipeline lifecycle: ingestion, modeling, and analytics
  • Design, build, test, and deploy scalable solutions using structured and unstructured data
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights
  • Translate business requirements into detailed epics and technical tasks
  • Own backlog grooming and sprint planning using Jira
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analysis and reporting
  • Mentor junior analysts through technical guidance and best practice sharing

Must-Have Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in big data systems, data processing, and SQL databases
  • 5+ years of hands-on programming experience, preferably in Python
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in dimensional modeling and data warehousing (Hive, Snowflake)
  • Proficient with Power BI for dashboard development and insight sharing
  • Exposure to modern data stack tools: Snowflake, DBT, Fivetran, and Airflow
  • Experience working on product analytics and stakeholder-facing insights
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with scheduling tools like Airflow for pipeline orchestration
  • Understanding of version control and modular code practices
  • Interest in modern data quality and observability tools
