This role supports the development and execution of data governance strategies, champions best practices in data maintenance, and leverages analytical tools to enhance data quality across the Ecommerce and Marketing organization.Key Responsibilities:
- Define and track progress against data governance OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
- Utilize tools such as Google BigQuery (GBQ), SQL, and Excel to analyze data, identify anomalies, and assess OKR performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and communicate insights to leadership.
- Present data-driven findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance data governance tools and enterprise systems (e.g., Informatica P360, SAP).
- Partner with data management teams to resolve data quality issues impacting customer experience.
- Promote data governance awareness through training sessions and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Facilitate and lead data governance steering committees, providing strategic updates and fostering alignment across departments.
- Provide leadership and support to Data Governance Analysts.
