  • Manage Reservations: Oversee all aspects of group bookings from initial inquiry through to the post-stay follow-up, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Coordinate with Accounting: Liaise with the accounting department to ensure accurate billing and payment processing for group reservations.
  • Maintain Records: Keep meticulous records of group reservations, adjustments, and cancellations, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Assist with Conference Services: Work in tandem with the Conference Services team to coordinate meeting space, catering, and other logistical needs for group events.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer support to clients, addressing queries and resolving concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on group bookings, revenue, and industry trends to assist in strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, sales, or reservations is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with reservation systems is a plus.
