  • Manage weekly promotional inventory forecast and process with Category Director and Business Analytics team.

  • Enter, maintain, and monitor all critical information including key sales and financial data to prepare and analyze weekly sales reports.
  • Manage end-to-end, new item inventory process with Vendor, Supply Chain, and 3PL for product listings.
  • Work with procurement teams to ensure all data is maintained accurately across the SAP and CPMS systems.
  • Prepare and submit assortment for flyers, various merchandising plans, onsite promotions, and special events.
  • Contribute to onsite merchandising planning processes to ensure eCommerce business and assortment priorities are met.
  • Proof and edit flyer and other seasonal marketing initiatives to ensure accuracy and adjust as required.
  • Prepare and distribute communications for stores to ensure category information or updates are provided in a timely manner.
  • Understand and support process to minimize out of stocks with items on eCommerce.
  • Regularly review and manage delisting inventory in support of item exit inventory strategy execution.
