This is a unique opportunity to contribute to enhancing the digital customer experience and drive growth for Shoppers eCommerce.The successful candidate will support all product and financial processes associated with category management and assist in the general administration and management of categories and suppliers. The eCommerce Manager maintains all data for the Online Exclusive business, including product listings, flyers, data retrieval and analysis, category reviews, and supplier meetings.What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and liaise with relevant departments including Digital Merchandising, Marketing, and Creative Teams to ensure successful launch, maintenance, and sale of new assortment.
- Manage Online Exclusive product listings to ensure timely acquisition of products, appropriate replenishment, suggest changes in purchasing, and provide solutions to minimize the impact of online order management.
- Manage weekly promotional inventory forecast and process with Category Director and Business Analytics team.
- Manage the review of Online Exclusive replenishment inventory to improve forecast accuracy, ensuring quantities are being purchased correctly and within timelines.
- Enter, maintain, and monitor all critical information including key sales and financial data to prepare and analyze weekly sales reports.
- Manage end-to-end, new item inventory process with Vendor, Supply Chain, and 3PL for product listings.
- Work with procurement teams to ensure all data is maintained accurately across the SAP and CPMS systems.
- Prepare and submit assortment for flyers, various merchandising plans, onsite promotions, and special events.
- Contribute to onsite merchandising planning processes to ensure eCommerce business and assortment priorities are met.
- Proof and edit flyer and other seasonal marketing initiatives to ensure accuracy and adjust as required.
- Prepare and distribute communications for stores to ensure category information or updates are provided in a timely manner.
- Understand and support process to minimize out of stocks with items on eCommerce.
- Regularly review and manage delisting inventory in support of item exit inventory strategy execution.

- Highly analytical thinker with skills to produce effective spreadsheets, reports, documents, and presentations as required.
- Ability to coordinate and work on multiple assignments simultaneously and adapt to the processes of multiple teams.
- Data-oriented approach, easily identifying trends and insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.
- A strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable working with various teams and personalities.
- Knowledge of category management and merchandising practices and principles.
- Problem-solver who is independently motivated to tackle challenges, look for solutions, and present options to senior leaders.
- 3+ years working within category management or replenishment and merchandising experience within a retail environment
