Position: Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and emails from customers
– Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and delivery estimates
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Processing orders and returns
