CIMA+ is seeking a Technical Senior Project Manager to work in the transportation electrification sector in Canada. The successful candidate will collaborate with transit clients and fleet operators on various projects.
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Responsibilities:
– Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
– Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
– Assist customers with placing orders, refunds, or exchanges
– Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
– Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
– Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Requirements:
– Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Ability to work in a team environment and independently
