Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Toronto, ON
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 a year
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
– Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
– Provide general support to visitors
– Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
– Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
