We are looking for a Director of Customer Success to focus on our Mobile Solutions brands, Joist and Invoice Simple. At their core, both are mobile apps that simplify the invoicing and payment process for trade contractors and micro businesses respectively, with additional distinguishing features and services that reduce effort and increase profitability. Reporting directly to the VP of Customer Experience, the Director of Customer Success will play a critical role in achieving our ambitious Product-Led Growth goals by identifying and executing on the right set of ever-evolving tactics and initiatives that ensure our large volume of customers get the best possible value from our products and services. Unlike what you’ll typically find in a Sales-Led Customer Success role, high-touch strategies rarely if ever apply here. Responsibilities:
Strategic leadership of Customer Success across two similar but distinct SaaS+Fintech mobile app products
Increasing retention and expansion, and reducing churn for over 500k customers through primarily product-led growth motions that align with the unit economics of the business
Building on and expanding your team’s capabilities, size and resourcing to meet the growing demands of the business
Collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, Design, Support to accomplish our ambitious shared goals
Defining your own unique Customer Success playbook to create opportunities and solve challenges specific to our customers, products, and services
Partnering with other Business Solutions within Evercommerce to identify products and services that will enhance our customer’s experience, and vice versa
Being an ambassador for our customers in all areas of the business, ensuring your deep understanding of their needs, attitudes, and expectations influence the best possible business outcomes
Getting hands-on with tactics and initiatives, from targeting criteria to copywriting, to ensure the highest standards of execution and the best possible results are achieved
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
2-3 years in a PLG Director of Customer Success role or equivalent (e.g. Product Marketing Manager)
Deep knowledge of low/tech-touch Customer Success strategies and tactics
Experience in the mobile app Saas and Fintech space
Exceptional copywriting ability
Strong propensity for critical thinking, hypothesis testing, outcome optimizing
Willingness to take data-driven risks, make and correct mistakes as they arise, and adapt to change
Openness to giving and receiving feedback
Ability to be both empathetic and clear/direct (aka radical candor)
Familiarity with Zendesk, Intercom or equivalent
Familiarity with Leanplum, Braze or equivalent
Familiarity with small trade contractor and micro businesses
Where: This is a fully remote position in Canada with a central office located in downtown Toronto. No travel requirements, some optional travel may be made available (e.g. office get together).
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 – $140,000 CAD Per Year and is bonus eligible. Accounts Payable Clerk

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full cycle accounts payable process including processing purchase orders, matching invoices, and issuing payments. The successful candidate will handle all vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position.

Responsibilities:
– Process full cycle accounts payable including matching, batching, coding, and entering invoices
– Process payment runs and distribute checks
– Reconcile vendor statements
– Address and respond to vendor inquiries
– Assist with month-end close process and year-end audit
– Maintain and update vendor files
– Other ad hoc duties as requested

Qualifications:
– Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience required
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Experience with accounting software preferred

Expected salary: $130000 – 140000 per year
