  • Create and conduct wellness programming such as mindful meditation, walking breaks and stretch breaks
  • Prepare and present fitness & wellness information both in person and virtually
  • Facilitate fitness & lifestyle consultations and develop personalized wellness plans based on individual needs, preferences and goals
  • Book monthly wellness committee meeting, prepare agendas and chair discussions
  • Report monthly statistics and performance data to support decision making

QualificationsWhat you bring

  • Degree or Diploma in Kinesiology, Nutrition, Wellness, Fitness or Health Promotion
  • Valid CPR/First Aid/AED required
  • Current certifications in group fitness and personal training is an asset
  • Experience in the corporate fitness & wellness field is an asset
  • Energy, confidence, reliability, engaging with a passion for fitness and health
  • Ability to work independently
  • High degree of self-motivation and initiative
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills with ability to adapt to and learn various software applications
