POSITION: Customer Service Representative

DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients, answering inquiries via phone and email, processing orders accurately and efficiently, and resolving any customer issues or complaints in a timely manner.
