  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.

  • User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback through surveys, user testing, and customer interviews to iterate and improve product features.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor and evaluate competitors’ products and marketing strategies, identifying opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
  • KOL Management: Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders in specific areas of technology.
  • Maintain an awareness of Product Quality and Reliability.
  • Team member of the Go to Market team supplying project timeline, technical specifications, product benefits and configurations.
  • Responsible and accountable for carrying out the requirements of the company’s quality system.
  • Participate in scientific meetings and tradeshows (travel required).
  • Responsible for generating all related documents for their product lines, including Sales Briefs, Product Briefs, Sole Source Specifications, Applications Notes, Imaging Guides, Protocols and White Papers.
  • Travel as necessary to support responsibilities.
  • Other projects as assigned by management.

Knowledge/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, biology, computer science, or engineering (all preferred); marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in product management with a focus on marketing-related products or features.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
  • Experience with Agile or other product development methodologies is a plus.
