Objective:
To drive the success of our Proof Sales department by prioritizing key sales initiatives, overseeing impactful marketing campaigns, and implementing effective sales promotions. This role will focus on coaching and developing our sales consultants to achieve individual and team performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development:

    • Define and prioritize sales objectives in alignment with company goals.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns that effectively support sales efforts.

  2. Coaching and Development:

    • Coach each sales consultant on best practices, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance performance.

  3. Sales Promotions Management:

    • Design and implement sales promotions that motivate the team and drive customer engagement.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
