Job Description
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $16 – $20 per hour
Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
