Job Description

Publicis Health Toronto is seeking a Production Engagement Coordinator (PEC) with some pharma agency/advertising experience for a fast paced global pharma client.

The PEC is responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day agency efforts on behalf of the client’s product and/or service on assigned accounts. Primarily responsible for the execution of all projects for the brand.

You have outstanding relationship building skills • strong project coordination skills – ability to independently complete assigned tasks successfully and on-time as well as keep others on top of their assigned tasks and deliverables

  • Ability to build rapport and credibility with their client based on trust and expert counsel.
  • Synchronize communications between account teams, vendors and clients.
  • Track all billing and payment record.
  • Understand client positioning and strategy.
  • Responsible for accurate and thorough documentation: status reports, contact report, timelines
  • Take ownership of day-to-day tactics and executions within agency
  • Develop strong and positive working relationships with creative, traffic, project management, finance, other departments

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in the advertising industry; production (pharma agency experience is required)
  • Outstanding relationship building skills • Strong project coordination skills – ability to independently complete assigned tasks successfully and on-time as well as keep others on top of their assigned tasks and deliverables
  • • Ability to support multiple projects – multi-task, prioritize and adjust quickly to changing priorities
