Leveraging your deep understanding of Microsoft products and services, you will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions to drive business value. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector.Responsibilities:Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance on how Microsoft technology solutions can address client requirements and drive business growth.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Microsoft technology solutions to existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical experts, solution architects, and project managers, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Work closely with Microsoft representatives to stay updated on new products, services, and industry trends, and leverage this knowledge to drive sales opportunities.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to Microsoft technologies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential areas for growth and differentiation in the market.
Pipeline Management and Reporting:
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking all activities, opportunities, and interactions with clients in CRM systems.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics to the leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a focus on technology solutions, preferably in the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft products and services, including Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant) would be a plus.
