  • Develop a forward-thinking research plan for your portfolio that supports the 3-year strategy
  • Proactively identify business issues and bring forward a fresh new perspective to address opportunities

  • Take a true ownership approach to your portfolio and projects
  • Actively seeks out new and inventive research methodologies

  • Lead the development, execution and evaluation of custom research projects and analysis of syndicated studies

  • Lead the communication process and manages expectations regarding schedule and deadlines

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a consumer insights position, from the client or supplier side (client-side experience is an asset)
  • Experience leading custom research projects
  • Extensive market research skills with both qualitative and quantitative experience
  • A storyteller with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Can adapt to changing needs and scope
  • Strong curiosity and passion for the consumer
  • Detail-orientated with solid organizational and time management skills

You will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, espresso drinks and related food and beverage items to customers.As a Tim Hortons Associate, you will:Ensuring coffee/steeped tea is always full, cups/lids replenished, Milk, sugar and cream always full, ensuring the stations are clean.

  • Welcome customers by determining their coffee interests and needs
  • Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
  • Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar

About you:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous work experience as a Barista is an asset
  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position

  • Welcome customers by determining their coffee interests and needs
  • Educate customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu, answering questions
  • Prepare coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, espresso, cafe latte, and cappuccino
  • Sell coffee and coffee grinding/brewing equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines; demonstrating how brewing equipment operates
  • Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar
