Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Community Outreach Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a liaison between various departments—including Legal, Engineering, Marketing, Technical Operations, and Customer Service—to effectively deliver impactful marketing materials to our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Partner with Legal, Engineering, and Technical Operations to ensure all materials comply with applicable regulations and technical specifications.
- Work closely with the Marketing department to create compelling collateral that aligns with community needs and brand objectives.
- Analyze community feedback and performance metrics to recommend enhancements to marketing materials and strategies.
- Organize and lead outreach initiatives, workshops, and community events to foster engagement and awareness.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of community trends and needs, ensuring our communication remains relevant and effective.
- Coordinate with Customer Service to address community inquiries and integrate feedback into marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, outreach, or community engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies.
- Creativity and attention to detail in producing marketing materials.
- Proficiency with relevant marketing tools and software.
