Job description: Pacston Canada is on the hunt for Case Managers to work in Canada to manage global immigration cases. This position acts as the first point of contact and support for clients who require global immigration applications. The duty of this position is to instruct, assist and communicate with clients to prepare all documents required. We will provide an orientation and full training after onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are interested in the law / legal field, receiving training and exposure to the field of federal law and assisting in global talent migration.Ideal applicants should be able to work 40 hours every week.Pacston’s recruiting website:Job Responsibilities:1. Assign and edit technical/legal documents and letters based on internal materials2. Revise documents according to internal specifications and client feedback3. Reply to client messages in the case management system4. Work on reference letter projects5. Overtime might be needed to respond to clients’ messages and finish client’s projects on time6. Perform other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:1. Excellent English writing skills2. Strong attention to detail3. Outstanding client service skills4. Proficients with G Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro5. High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently under tight deadlines6. Demonstrated professional demeanour7. Excellent multitasking and time management skills8. Have a BA or MA degree9. Speak a second language other than English10.
