Qualifications
- Basic: 8+ years of experience (Bachelor’s) or 5+ years (Advanced degree).
- Preferred: 9+ years (Bachelor’s) or 7+ years (Advanced degree).
- Relevant experience in management consulting or digital agencies.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of banking and payment operations, digital trends, and design methodologies.
