Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Processing customer orders and providing order status updates
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
– Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance
