Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
– Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
– Answer and redirect phone calls and emails
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
– Assist with the organization of meetings and events
– Maintain office supplies and ensure office equipment is in working order
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of experience in an administrative role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication skills
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
