You’ll collaborate closely with clients and colleagues, contribute to technical decisions, and continuously explore new tools and methods to improve delivery.You will also play a key role in supporting and mentoring junior engineers, helping grow skills and championing innovation in our wider engineering community.What is in it for you? - Design and build Low Code solutions. You will deliver robust applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform – maintaining high standards of quality, usability, and performance.
- Inspire and lead Agile teams. You will support architectural decisions, estimations, and product planning while helping create clear, effective user stories and development plans.
- Champion innovation. You will stay up to date with Low Code technologies and approaches. Share insights to continuously improve how we build and deliver solutions.
- Mentor and coach others. You will support the development of junior engineers, offering guidance, sharing knowledge, and promoting a learning culture across the team.
Your expertise:
- Technical expertise. You have proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Low Code solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, Sales, Marketing, Field Service) and Power Platform. You understand development best practices across multiple application layers.
- Leadership and collaboration. You have experience mentoring junior team members and guiding technical decisions. You’re a team player who fosters a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Ownership and drive. You are proactive and resilient, committed to solving complex problems, achieving goals, and always looking for ways to do things better.
