Essential Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Writing, especially for technical products or systems.
  • Experience in redacting user-focused documentation such as user manuals and help files.
  • Proven ability to work with SMEs to convert technical information into content.
  • Eligibility for CGP and Secret Level II Clearance.
  • Proficiency in Visio, Excel, Word, Confluence, and SharePoint.
