Salary: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour

Description:
Our company is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
– Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
– Maintain contact lists
– Provide general support to visitors
– Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Requirements:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
