Position: Management Receptionist
We are currently hiring a Management Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to the management team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate parties
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for management team
Provide administrative support such as typing, filing, and data entry
Maintain office supplies and equipment as needed
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
