The Brand and MarComm team is seeking a talented, passionate and curious individual with strong brand and communications skills. You will help support a d critical portfolio for Mobile Klinik leading both our 1:1 campaign strategy and implementation and oversee all Performance marketing.
Working closely with a large group of stakeholders (both internally and externally), success in your portfolio looks like a thoughtful marketing strategy (considering contact strategy & customer experience), high impact 1:1 campaigns (ex: email marketing), always on performance driven media strategy (including SEM), and continued optimization that embraces a test and learn approach.
Here’s how
- Own 1:1 campaign marketing execution (ex: email & SMS) for Mobile Klinik, working collaboratively with the pricing, device and marketing teams, sales, and other internal and external stakeholders
- Own performance digital media and platform performance ensuring optimal media spend by tactic, by region is maintained
- Recommend and implement appropriate MarTech platforms to improve automation and performance
- Compile and analyze campaign results, providing recommendations to improve performance
- Constructs all messaging and branding
- Create an A/B testing plan for your portfolio
- Uphold the brand and act as a brand ambassador
Qualifications
You’re the missing piece of the puzzle
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot quickly
- Previous experience in telco, technology, or similar industry
- Client and/or agency experience
- Strong writing/communications skills
- Solid understanding of marketing communication
- A natural collaborator who can work with cross functional teams
- Someone with a passion for marketing and experience executing on marketing initiatives (with knowledge of Canadian anti-spam legislation)
- Experience planning and strategizing media campaigns with an emphasis on performance digital
- Ability to zoom out to see the big picture; zoom in to make sure every detail is correct
- Someone who thrives in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment, with entrepreneurial and self-starter characteristics
- A minimum of 7+ years’ experience in a Brand and MarComm, product marketing, channel or similar role
- University degree or college certification in marketing or similar specialization
Great-to-have
- English / French Bilingual
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
