The company is seeking a Project Manager/Team Lead for their Land Development Team to oversee the planning and development of communities, subdivisions, and site plans. They are responsible for taking a project from the initial vision to completion, working on both new and redevelopment projects.

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to ensure that our products and services meet the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures, monitoring production and delivery processes, and identifying areas for improvement. The role will involve working closely with production, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures
– Monitor production and delivery processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
– Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
– Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

– Provide leadership and guidance on quality assurance best practices

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field
– Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
– Strong understanding of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
– Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management standards
– Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
