Spécialiste, Marketing (Marketing Associate)
Relevant du gestionnaire principal(e), Marketing, le/la spécialiste, Marketing sera responsable de l’exécution des activités de marketing prévues au plan de marketing annuel du/des portefeuilles de propriétés assigné(s). De plus, il/elle appuiera les activités de commercialisation des centres commerciaux (de ce client) dont JLL assure la responsabilité pour la location.
Lieu : Idéalement Toronto. Cependant, il pourrait se trouver ailleurs au Canada pour répondre aux exigences de bilinguisme.
Principales responsabilités
Gestion des comptes stratégiques
- Collaborer avec le/la gestionnaire principal(e), Marketing pour établir un plan marketing annuel répondant aux besoins pour l’ensemble de propriétés du/des clients (incluant toutes classes d’actifs).
- Assister le/la gestionnaire principal(e), Marketing, pour gérer et entretenir la relation avec le(s) client(s) clé(s), incluant l’exécution des tâches liées au budget, à la production de rapport et l’analyse de données.
Exécution du plan Marketing
- Établir un plan d’exécution/calendrier national de mobilisation des locataires qui peut être facilement déployé dans tous les marchés où JLL gère des propriétés.
- Identifier et conclure des ententes avantageuses avec les fournisseurs pour tout le Canada afin de réaliser les activités de marketing et les événements définis, en respect avec les paramètres budgétaires et opérationnels.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de gestion immobilière afin mesurer l’efficacité et le rendement de chaque programme et procéder aux ajustements requis.
- Agir à titre de personne ressource auprès des équipes de gestion immobilière (200 propriétés et plus) pour toute activité marketing, de graphisme et d’affichage.
Élaborer et maintenir des garanties de location
- En collaboration directe avec les directeurs de la location de centres commerciaux et les représentants de la location spécialisée, diriger et livrer tous les matériels pour le portefeuille du client.
- Collaborer avec le gestionnaire principal du marketing à l’analyse des données sur les consommateurs et des statistiques de performance, afin d’établir les arguments de vente uniques pour chaque propriété.
- Produire le matériel de marketing requis (brochures, pages numériques, enseignes immobilières) qui positionnent avantageusement la propriété face aux locataires potentiels. Mettre à jour ces documents sur une base trimestrielle avec des données, des plans d’étage et des photographies à jour.
- Au besoin, identifier, valider et répertorier des photographies par propriété répondant aux orientations innovantes et créatives et assurer la liaison avec les équipes de location et de gestion immobilière.
- Assurer la liaison avec les spécialistes du marketing des autres unités d’affaires chez JLL afin d’assurer la cohésion des communications sur le marché et lors d’événements regroupant les gens de l’industrie (p. ex., ICSC).
Responsabilités connexes
- Assurer le soutien pour les activités générant des sources de revenus non traditionnelles pour une propriété (p. ex., publicité dans les propriétés)
- Assurer le soutien d’activités et services marketing dédiés aux parties prenantes internes (p. ex, L’équipe de direction).
Qualifications requises
- Baccalauréat en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe.
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en marketing. L’expérience en agence est un atout.
- Solide joueur d’équipe centré sur le client :

- Solide sens de l’organisation : capacité de mener des tâches multiples dans divers projets, avec différentes parties prenantes et fournisseurs.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management
- Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to define an annual marketing plan for a Key Client portfolio (properties managed across all asset classes) ensuring alignment against business requirements and objectives.
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager as needed to manage and evolve the Key Client relationship, including supporting peripheral tasks related to budgeting, reporting and data aggregation.
Marketing Platform Delivery
- Define national tenant engagement platform / calendar that can be easily deployed in all markets where JLL manages properties.
- Identify and engage suppliers across Canada to fulfill the defined marketing calendar (within budgetary and operational parameters)
- Engage Property Teams to measure the effectiveness and performance of the programs. Adjust as needed.
- Act as a Single Point of Contact with Property Teams, helping fulfill required marketing, design, and signage tasks.
Develop and Maintain Leasing Collateral
- Working directly with Shopping Centre Leasing Directors and Speciality Leasing representatives, lead and deliver all Marketing for Leasing collateral on behalf of the Key Client’s portfolio + properties.
- Work with Senior Marketing Manager to analyze consumer data (via ESRI, Pinpoint and MasterCard) and property stats (PSF$ & Traffic #s) to build each property’s unique market story
- Build marketing collateral (Brochures, Digital Landing Pages, Property Signage) that tells the property’s story and value to prospective clients. Maintain these materials on a quarterly basis with updated data, floor plans and photography.
- Source and validate photography as required per property, liaising with Leasing and Property stakeholders to align creative direction with pitch goals
- Liaise with Marketers in the Retail team to ensure strong and consistent go-to-market messaging during shared moments (e.g. ICSC)
- Support the delivery of non-traditional revenue streams (e.g. In-property advertising)
- Support team, as needed, to deliver turnkey marketing services for property and PAM stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing. Agency experience a bonus.
- Strong Team Player who is customer centric: always puts the clients first and can translate strategic plans into actionable tasks (self-fulfilled or developed in partnership with marketing SMES both internal and external to JLL)
- Excellent interpersonal skills: Comfortable meeting with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and can subsequently translate these needs into action.
- Strong organizational skills: Able to multi-task across various projects, stakeholders and vendors.
- Is highly autonomous and “scrappy”: strives at finding creative solutions for sometimes undefined problems.
- Property Management experience preferred, but not required
- Very adept user of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Weebly, and MS Office Suite
- Must be a strong communicator: orally and written EN/FR.
