Position: Technical Support Specialist

Location: Toronto, ON

Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
