We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Coordinator and Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for managing attendees for various events, including handling marketing efforts, overseeing registration processes, and facilitating information sharing both prior to and after each event.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Management: Plan and execute events, ensuring seamless attendee experiences from start to finish.
- Marketing Development: Create and implement effective marketing strategies to raise awareness of our initiatives, promoting events and fostering community engagement.
- Registration Oversight: Manage attendee registration processes, ensuring accurate data collection and communication to enhance participant experience.
- Information Sharing: Provide timely and relevant updates to attendees before and after each event, fostering an informed community.
- Assisting Families: Support eligible families in registering for the New Worlds Reading Initiative, ensuring they have access to essential resources.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure all marketing materials are aligned with organizational goals and messaging.
