Job Description
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals. The Sales Manager will also be in charge of training and coaching the sales staff to ensure they meet their targets.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
– Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives
– Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and motivation to the team
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers
– Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
– At least 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Knowledge of the industry and market trends
