  • Assist in creating employment letters and employment verifications
  • Provide offboarding communications support to leaders and employees
  • Provide standard communications to leaders
  • Update OneNote process guide with policy and procedure updates
  • Update internal HR Service Delivery materials, process documents and letter templates
  • Assist other Operation Teams as required

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant post-secondary education program
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple demands under tight timeframes in a confidential environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Proficiency in PC applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Highly detail-oriented and accurate
