Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive our sales team and achieve company goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, creating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and leading a team of sales representatives to exceed targets.
Responsibilities:
– Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve company targets
– Create and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and ensure client satisfaction
– Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals
– Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to help them reach their full potential
– Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates and reports to senior management
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and drive growth
– Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
– 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, with demonstrated success in leading and motivating a team
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
– Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
– Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
