Drive continuous improvement by digging into our data and processes to uncover insights that drive shared value.
Create and share scorecards on key supply chain metrics (fill rate, unitization, collaboration, shelf life, fines) and implement improvements to boost on-time and in-full delivery, reduce waste, and lower costs.
Communicate and escalate shortage risks to customers on key items, work to resolve short-term product availability issues.
Manage new item launch and delist process with the customer’s supply chain and replenishment teams.
Evaluate and report on customer policies regarding supplier performance levels, especially in relation to compliance or incentive programs. Take action to increase compliance where necessary.
Provide guidance and training to peers in Supply Chain on customer-specific policies and relationships.
Analyze customer inventory levels, outbound fill rates, and other supply chain KPIs to provide insights and recommendations to enhance service levels
Monitor excess inventory and work collaboratively with Sales Leadership on plans to reduce obsolescence risk.
Provide analytical support to the Manger, Supply Chain and Fulfillment

What You’ll Bring:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in an analyst role (preferably Supply Chain related in a Consumer Packaged Goods company)
Undergraduate degree or college diploma (preference in a related field)

Work with one peer and Director to actively manage the entire talent strategy of Demand Planning including scouting, recruitment, onboarding, investment and development of our talent

Process:

Lead the Retail Canadian Demand Planning team to support existing Consensus, Vitals and BBNF processes with our Commercial partners
Responsible for creation and maintenance of the 18-month rolling baseline forecast in IBP
Use statistical modeling in IBP with other Excel-based tools and analytics to generate the baseline demand forecast
Work collaboratively with sales and other cross-functional partners leading the team to generate the lift forecast driven by commercial activity
Understand the product lifecycle of the portfolio, from new launch to rationalization, and forecast accordingly
Understand inherent risks in forecasting decisions and guide the cross-functional team to manage and mitigate appropriately
Collect, manipulate, and analyze data and performance metrics providing the organization with appropriate and timely feedback and insight
Provide other functional areas (including Sales, Finance, and other Supply Chain departments) with key demand information adjusting the communication accordingly
Maintain customer-related demand information: distribution, listings/de-listings, transitions etc. and reflect appropriately in the forecast
Where relationships exist, work directly with our customer’s replenishment teams to glean insights into future demand
Responsible for monitoring KPIs including forecast accuracy, bias, Forecast Value Add, having a strong understanding of issues/gaps to targets, and leading initiatives to improve
Be the expert and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the demand forecast for your respective portfolio.

Technology:

Own the lifecycle maintenance in IBP/SAP for Launch items (base + lift forecasted) that turn into Mature (all-in forecasted)
Own and maintain CVC-level master data in IBP including horizon flags and VMI settings
Partner with IS to continue development of our PowerBI platforms (Market IQ/Supply Chain IQ)
Continue to explore additional functionality from IBP to be operationalized into standard process at MLF

What You’ll Bring:

University degree
5+ years of progressive experience in at least one of the following areas: Supply Chain Planning, Forecasting, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline
2+ years of experience leading a high performing team

A deep understanding of Forecasting, Supply Chain, and commercial processes in a CPG company, preferably with perishable goods

Lead enterprise-wide AD/Entra and overall infrastructure on IAM operations and design
Foster process improvement., automation and best practice in our current AD/Entra landscape
Proactively identify and remediate process, procedure, and implementation gaps
Troubleshoot AD/PAM access issues and document the one time and automated resolutions
Support AD controls compliance and visibility through reports and documentation maintenance
Design, document and deliver scalable, secure, and highly available AD based solutions
Collaborate with the Infrastructure, Database, Security Engineering, User Experience, and Project Office to deliver on projects
Participate in identity based risk remediation activities
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to meet requirements and industry regulations
Supports control activities throughout the IAM Lifecycle (joiner/leaver/mover/access review)
Audit and implement access based on practices of least privilege, segregation of duties
Drive scheduled and ad hoc access reviews for user, privileged, and administrative access

What You’ll Bring: Skills:

Knowledge of local, cloud and hybrid Directory Service architectures

Experience:

5+ years of hands on experience in various security and IAM functions (AD, IAM, PAM, etc.)
3+ years of experience in project delivery

Some hands-on experience in PAM/IAM tools as well as user lifecycle management
Project experience in proactively identifying, tracking and closing risks and issues
Comfortable in delivering multiple workstreams accurately and within timelines
Familiarity with Zero Trust principles relating to the Identity pillar

Certifications & Education:

Microsoft certifications on AD/Entra (preferred)
IAM product specific certifications such as Delinea, or SailPoint
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Computer Science

Responsible for obtaining import permits/Letters of Credit required for specific countries. Negotiate documents with banks, invoice, and forward documents to the customer as per the contract of sale.

Act as a liaison with the customer for all post-sale communications.
